The armed resistance in Gaza were planning the attack for years. Although they manufactured their own weapons, they smuggled in weapons as well. Israel must have been aware of what was going on. That raises the possibility that the Zionists wanted the October event to happen so they had an excuse to destroy Gaza and its people. The propaganda, which was accepted without question by the West, started immediately.
