Love dr. The Patrick but “like” way too much
Some good info, but she is totally wrong about vaccines.
27:00 exercise on Keto. Joe you need a few months on it to be able to start endogenously filling up your glycogen from fat converting to glucose to fuel a work out. Working out before that is working out not adapted so performance will suffer.
Why was this re-released? I think she's changed her mind on the jab.
