I am a Skeptic too, but I am not naive. I think there is too much anecdotal evidence that the brain is not the seat of conscientious. I don't just dismiss this off hand. Nor should you.
It is not in the brain. The whole point is consciousness outside the brain. Even science article published in The Lancet.
I care for the dying. People definitely have souls. Years ago I was holding a man while he died. He was agitated in the months before his death. The night was calm, but when he died the wind suddenly kicked up and blew out a window in the house. When I finished my notes and the death certificate this 'storm' followed me as I left the house. My Toyota Corolla, which I worked on myself, so I knew there was nothing wrong with it, kept going on and off, kind of fading and restarting, while I was driving home. Finally I said, "Jim, you need to leaved me alone. I have to go home and I have two little sons to care for." The storm stopped, the wind died, and my car ran like cherry, like I knew it should, all the way home.
Also Huxley's book IS where the Doors got their name- get your facts straight…fkn know it all militant atheists,so annoying, they are like the fundamentalist Christians they despise
No no no. Another know
itall atheist. Consciousness is a mystery to science. He is speculating stuff that fit his own narrative.
