  1. I can sit in my untidy living room with empty beer cans and wine bottles all over the place feeling depressed, anxious and total despair and it’s hell. When you force yourself to just start tidying up, it feels so good you end up getting your place spotless. Then you feel good about yourself, and instead of having another drink or ordering that Just Eat you were about to, you make a conscious decision to eat something healthy. Then you feel even better. Then you do a workout or go on a long walk. And you feel 1,000 times better than you did a few hours ago.
    Getting started is the hard bit but when you do it things just get so much better. Start now people!
