I post this message in the memory of my music loving friend, Bill: Robin Trower did a song on "Bridge Of Sighs" where the lyric goes: If you reel the rod, or possibly If you wheel the rod, answer to your God, but me, I'll be up and Gone. Jesus will reign with an iron rod does not mean a gun. The "rod" in Revelation is an instrument of measure. Therefore, ruling with/by a rod of iron means: the measure of His rule is solid Iron. The first thing I think of is: No loopholes.
