  1. Aside from traumas and brain chemical imbalances, the solution to depression is to guarantee the basic needs of all humans and allow people to volunteer their time and skills instead of putting them to work for corporations. With the advent of AI and mechanization, the need for hard workers should be less anyway. Private capitalism shock be replaced by shared profit and co-op work. In other words, give everyone a slice from the pie. Encourage a culture of helping the less fortunate by adopting a human approach to dealing with disabilities and traumas. Enough of the profit culture at all expense.

  2. For me is dreading having to go to work doing what I don't like to do to make ends meet is the problem. I wasn't happy. Covid made me realize maybe it wasn't chemical but environmental. I was fine when covid came, was just broke because i didnt have any money. Now when its time to go back to work because i was broke, i got the dreaded depression feeling again. I stayed home but when the covid mandate was lifted ND I had to go back to work, I would dread it and feel depressed. Hopefully this A.I thing does all the dreaded task nobody likes to do and have time to do what humans want to do to cure mental problems.
