I see both sides ….pg13 and rated R …freedom of choice…I think being awake to this and staying in control of your energy is your responsible. I think mindfulness is work but, we a humans and if we had a choice, we would all want to be happy 24/7 but we need to feel these emotions too. Otherwise you can control your emotions and that's scary
