I agree that it's stupid to have whales in captivity. Animals that smart need a lot of mental stimulation, which they aren't going to get in captivity. At the same time I also think it's stupid that the west thinks its so barbaric to hunt whales. As long as the species being hunted isn't endangered why the fuck not? For the record, whale meat is pretty meh. It's like oily meat.

Don't forget that some orcas are from Pacific Ocean and some are from Iceland. You can't just put all the eggs (orcas) in one basket (bay).
