anyways im only running 2 hours now i use to only run 8 minutes started in june 2023
& improved it by alot & lifting 50kgs now 115-130kgs for deadlift & squats is still increasing only doing 1 session a week even for running i only started 2 running sessions a week in demember im at 2 hours
i wana get to running 15-20 hours straight & lifting 300-400kgs in future
but i know people either out there running 1-2 months straight & lifting 3000-5000kgs lol not known or scared of attention
or i wana have my own trainning facukity in future where i build to enhence my performance like DRAGON BALL Z HYPOBOLIC TIME CHAMBER where 1 day = 1 year in there & also sensu beans & recovery process being elite
make best boxers & mma fighter in future lasting 20-40 seconds lol
but 205 miles is awesome as i know its super hard watching guys like NICK BARES do 100 miles he had to walk the 2nd half of that & struggled finishing it but finished it tough as tho id wana compete in future in such races
