The backfire is only starting. Everyone thats been coming out with the news stories off false rape is just the very beginning of the spark of the backfire.
People will lose their jobs. People will lose their families. People will lose their resources. People will lose their homes. People will take their own lives. People are going to suffer and kill themsleves for a long time over false rape allegations. Its 2021 and the backfire is just beginning to start.
I havent gotten justice for the two times I was falsely accused. I never got my wasted time back, I never got my friends, my job, my life back to the same capacity since. I am still broken and affected by this and I will be for the rest of my fucking life. I will always have a blind distrust for women because of this and its incredibly difficult to navigate through every day and just re-learn everything you think you know after these situations.
When the full backfire hits, I'll be sitting there, and so will all these other men who have been falsely accused. Some of us will sit and work with you to have a conversation and find a solution. But do not be surprised when some of us say "We told you but you didn't listen."
The concept of trial by media is fraught with flaws! There needs to be more prosecution proven cases of false charges and allegations!
It seems very straightforward to me: when two people fancy each other and plan to have sex, all they have to do is have both their lawyers present, sign a statement each stating that they are both of sound mind and give full consent to (insert full details of what they want to do to each other), have the statements approved by a judge, and then have an impartial third party observing the act, making sure that both parties fully comply…
How hard is that?

Anybody that makes a false rape allegation should get twice the amount of time that a rapist gets. Get mad all you want to, but it’s fucking absurd that someone says a lie that could ruin someone’s life, even get that person jail time until the truth came out.
