One of my biggest values is kindness. I know people including myself and heard about other people who were abused and treated horribly and it's sad to see and hear. It makes you have empathy, compassion, understanding, care and a desire to help. It's also rewarding to experience the rewards to people giving and receiving kindness and how happy it makes them. That gives motivation.
This from a man who has done all kinds of horrible things he’s mean he’s mouthy he’s rude. He cusses he doesn’t even believe in God his videos are downright disgusting really be kind. Yeah that’s something he needs to learn.
It’s interesting that there are many topics of importance that need to be taught in more depth- authenticity, kindness as you mentioned, anti- bullying, acceptance of self and others, healthy amount of self love, how to heal-recover the self after trauma and abusive experiences, and how to create a spiritual practice in one’s life to help people feel supported and not so alone. Those are just some. And thanks Joe for all that you do to bring important topics into the spotlight for discussion! It helps people so much!
