Why would you blame Apple, Nike or whatever else company for TRADING? Apple are not responsible in any way for how Congo decides to mine whatever there is to mine.
Also the people mining in the Congo now have some way of making a living instead of dying of starvation or violence in the dirt, just because Apple needs some goods.
Capitalism creates Apple, Apple requires goods, Congo mines goods, Congo sells goods to Apple, Congo pays miners, miners have something to eat.
