It’s funny how places with more guns are more safe it’s literally been proven
Individual rights and liberties are INHERENTLY dangerous. The more rights a group of people have, the more risk they can engage in and the more people will die. If you could ban the purchase of vehicles and use of roads save for emergency services, you could save hundreds of thousands of people each year. If you demand that everyone lock down indefinitely to eliminate the deaths due to the spread of the common cold, you could save hundreds of thousands of lives. The American way of life is to ACCEPT these risks and to always value the freedom/strength of a people over safety. The ability to own firearms is the ability for ordinary people to possess POWER, the power to keep the government authorities in check. This power of firearms is regulated by allowing for ALL Americans to purchase them. If everyone is powerful, then everyone is equal.
Those who oppose gun rights are those who believe it is not their responsibility to protect themselves, they believe in demanding protection from authority. Essentially, they desire the responsibilities of children. They do not possess the strength to thrive under freedom so they demand the authority permanently tilts the scales in their favor. This line of thinking is not sustainable and can only lead to one possible outcome: tyranny. The use of force is, and will be, the ONLY true authority in the world. To relinquish this authority to a corrupt concentrated group of people is of the upmost stupidity and ignorance.
I have to hand it to the elite, they have managed to engineer multiple generations to believe that individual freedoms are oppressive and it is the governments duty to have power over every aspect of life. We must face the fact that freedom is simply too scary for most people born in recent times. They can barely function without Big Brother.
