10 U.S. Code § 246 – Militia: composition and classes.
Every able-body male is a member of the unorganized militia, they shall be armed with weapons equal to military.

The court said in a case banning sawed off barrels.
“Certainly it is not within judicial notice that this weapon is any part of the ordinary military equipment, or that its use could contribute to the common defense.”
So a Brit, a descendant of the ones who got their asses kicked by said people with their guns says guns are bad? who could have seen that coming? up next, Coffee is addictive. Funny how you can have some douche senator with 8 secret service men but cant have an armed guard in a school?! Pharmaceuticals are far more responsible for Mass gun shootings than guns are. in the 1800's kids brought guns to school how come there were no mass shootings back then? 500K to 3 million lives are saved by guns each year in the US alone.

i think that the Second Amendment should be Abolished
So Rogan, who is an avid hunter and owns multiple firearms and I'm sure has armed security as well, is advocating for gun control…how does this not make him a hypocrite?
Edit: His argument just sounds like rules for thee and not for me. If someone breaks into my home to take my belongings and hurt myself and my family or maybe attacks me on the street or in the woods whilst hiking…as a female, I'm going to want the equalizer in the form of a firearm to stop the threat on my life or the lives of those I care about and I'm sure that Rogan would want the same. Thank God for the 2nd amendment, because it's the one that protects the rest.
