I think i ran into yoel long ago on a vacation to cuba, he was smiling and standing shirtless in a field with some other cubans, just jacked and stacked and barefoot. And i felt scared, even though he looked very friendly. I was skinny back then and he looked like a smiling puma.

watching this back everybody is harping in the comments on joeys unpolished spanish but hes been away from regularly speaking it for decades, and this podcast still managed to be incredibly interesting and informative, and this was very enjoyable to listen to, i personally loved it
