To clarify at the end "where there is smoke there is fire"… Yoel did not say that. He said that people who accuse him of taking steroids are probably in that world themselves. Quite the opposite of Joey's interpretation lmao!

You can talk about genetics all day long, I played Water Polo for Cuba, I Know Yoel since we were kids and he looks exactly the same since he was a kid, His frame and build like many other athletes is because the work they do since they are 5-7 years old, I remembered walking to the pool and they were already outside by the basketball court doing Sogas (Ropes hanging from a big tree) Mananitas (early morning sessions ) they were running outside with no shoes, they didn't care if they had a good breakfast or lunch or dinner, all they knew was to train hard to make the team and become champions! Yoel was also a gentle and funny guy, I remember many times laughing on the bus with him, since a very early age he was already very well known at the CEAR where we all grow up, basickly Cuba National Training Center. He was also a simple guy and humble, everyone loves him and respect him! I am so happy he had made a name for himself and not everyone knows what athletes go thru in Cuba, No everyone knows where they live, what they eat, all of the difficulties they have to face, staying away from home, training 6-8 hrs away, they don't have any money and sometimes their families can't give them money and they don't care! All they do is train hard!
