It's people who never worked that hard to achieve goals and instead of looking for aspirations they put others down to make themselves feel better. I lost 100 lbs. All of a sudden they think I have a cheat code. No. I spent the last year dieting and suffering. What you see is the result of hardwork. When you were enjoying those beers and burgers I had to run to lose that gut.
Hard work, genetics, luck and steroids. That’s all you need!
