In South Africa, you'd get arrested for any possession of marijuana but around 2018, I think they allowed if you grew your own at home & used it in your residence but I think you can still get arrested for smoking & selling on the street.
It’s hilarious that the only word joe picked up on was marijuana. He didn’t even pick up on testosterone the way he did marijuana 😂
