  1. It’s well known Europeans gave blankets used by smallpox victims to natives, it was done in South, Central & North America. It’s even recorded when in a letter between Col. Henry Bouquet & Jeffrey Amherst it is admitted he gave smallpox blankets to natives in 1763 during the Pontiac wars. Even Spanish conquistador Francesco Pizarro did it in 1530s. So there’s recorded evidence of 2 instances over 200 years apart and we should believe it never happened during the 200 years? The only thing they claimed is that they didn’t prove they got the smallpox from the blankets, they could have gotten it some other way, not that they gave the infested blankets to infect them
