FDA says you're good with up to 400mg caffeine per day. He said he had two drinks that each had 270mgs (540) plus he had some amount of coffee earlier in the day. It doesn't help perception when he's holding some sort of pipe and lighter in his hand …. he's behaving incredibly erratically and seems to be clutching drug paraphernalia.
