I believe that you've got it wrong about George Washington although it could be right because that did happen to slaves but I don't believe there's any evidence that George Washington's teeth were pulled from slaves in fact I had heard they were made of ivory which was pulled from elephants.
It is totally not constitutional for the government to allow prosecutors to make promises that they will not prosecute and binds the government to honor these promises. The only guarantee that a man can receive that they will not be prosecuted for a crime is an acquittal by a jury of their peers. Ironically this promise can only be received after they've been prosecuted and acquitted. The fact is that a poor person would never receive a promise and if they did receive it nobody would enforce it for the poor people. This is another example of how our government is totally illegitimate at all levels and only violence and bloodshed can establish legitimate government by and for the people. The longer we procrastinate the Day of reckoning and the reign of terror the longer and more bloody it will be. Let's minimize the bloodshed by commencing it post haste. America was founded by cop killers.
