Can hypnosis clear up your chi and or aura? Like deep psyche disturbances?
Hypnotherapy is next level shit. It will truly blow your mind, Like it did mine.
For me, having just watched a hypnotic relaxation video, I only went into some meditative state but not a deep trance.

My hypnosis experience was very hard to accept. Thats because for me to accept it, I had to realise that one, I was wrong. Two, that it wasnt a trick. And three, and this is the difficult one:
Your rational, thinking mind isnt in control. The part of your mind that you identify as "you" is just a narrator "doing its best to describe what "might" be happening to you"
