I did taekwondo when I was a wee 3rd grader. Lots of it was really dogmatic disciplinary stuff from my modern pov and I don’t see it as super useful, but it taught me how to kick well and I am grateful for that

I remember learning taekwondo at the YMCA when I was younger. It was such a great experience and I am so happy I decided to stick with it for as long as I did.
