Sure, there are dumb, unfounded generalizations regarding gender differences. But a lot of stereotypical differences between men and women are true and based on fundamental differences in brain chemistry, physical anatomy, interests etc. Obviously none of these generalizations apply to ALL men or ALL women, but they're typically the rule rather than the exception.
Heres a pro tip, don't take dating advice from either of these two clowns.
Rogan is cool, but the shit advice he gives about women, shows that he has never truly fucked around and knows fucking nothing about them.
As for this other guy, needy is the word that comes to mind.
