Huh…I was hoping the conversation would be a bit more intelligent than it was in this discussion. Especially with the flat jokes, it made it seem like they found this entire scenario of predatory behavior laughable and moved the blame to the parent's (which I can see to a certain extent – monitor the media your kids are watching or watch it with them?) Instead of the pedophiles crafting the videos – the creators of the content. I agree with the other comments about the blue haired dude being insensitive and bordering pedophilic commentary himself – I don't really think joking about drawing kids genitals or forgetting there was family around is…humorous? I understand humor can bring awareness to issues as well as make light of certain situations but this didn't really seem appropriate.
This reminds me of the Heart Attack grill in Arizona, (and recently Vegas) the owner was a doctor, and he closed his practice to open the store. His view is that if you indulge yourself and you die from a heart attack then it’s your own fault. He saw a niche market and made his money. Is it right? No, it’s not. But it is what it is. It’s the same thing here parents were using YT as a babysitter and they got trolled for it.
