At least 95% of all paranormal channels on youtube are fake or staged paranormal activities. Its all horseshit,all to get veiws,money,and clout. Then theres your paranormal tv shows that are all horseshit.Ive seen about 5% of some channels that are legit paranormal investigators and dont fake or stage anything.
I saw a documentary when I was in middle school about the Amytiville Horror and they talked about the murders, and towards the end they had either interviewed or showed an old interview with the murderer, asking him about the haunting, and I swear he got upset and basically said, and I'm paraphrasing: "I was on drugs back then man. I shot my family because I was all fucked up. All of that ghost shit wasn't real." And he also said something along the lines of Hollywood using the 'story' on the haunting to make money.
Saying ghosthunters are scam artists by painting them all with the same brush isn't true. There are several groups I know who go out and don't ask for money, they debunk fakers, and they spend thousands of their own dollars to see if the paranormal exists. 99 percent of the time they see and hear nothing after spending many hours trying to investigate places that are sometimes dangerous, sometimes have dangerous vagrants, and falling ceilings, black mold and other things that could hurt them.
There is record of someone being killed by a ghost.
