So.. I am from the Philippines of a country of poverty and recent development
But after I migrated here in the US, I've always wondered why schools here doesn't have security who is armed and trained to protect.
When I was growing up in PI, I remember whether it be the mall, banks, schools and even SALONS had security who is armed.
I don't remember ever a mass shootings unless I am wrong and I welcome.being corrected!
But I certainly know I haven't heard of any for 20 years…
Just sharing a food for thought
Any school even if it's in the bluest of blue cities has at least some Republicans in it. Probably a minimum of 15% of kids in the bluest of blue schools are Republicans. You will never see one of those kids on the news after a school shooting, the media is 100% choosing who they want to give air time dependent on the ideology they want to push.
With all do respect, i just one to add something, maybe it is stupid to look at it that way but as a european what I see is:
Americans have guns and have school shooting, rest of the world banned guns and dont have school shootings.
