The "United States" is not the country, that is a corporate entity "Washington DC" is a foreign land, not part part of the states, and they own a corporation named "United States" and when you agree that you are part of their nation, then their statues are over you.
Torah says that a man needs to take a year off for newlyweds?
So maybe Yahusha wants a new husband and wife to focus on making a very strong spiritual and emotional bond during their 1st year together without any job pressure distractions or even layoffs. Then, perhaps divorce rates could drop significantly. Also, she could gain enough confidence to build her new nest, so to speak, to become the mother of your children. All because her new husband is well off enough financially to care for his new family for an entire year. So guys, maybe start saving up now and be ready to invest in a solid start for your precious new family.
So basically you believe that since this country doesn't allow the having of "multiple marriage certificates" for multiple wives, then thousands of us women who were not chosen to be someone's one wife in our youth, and now past our prime of teenage and twenties will never qualify for just good, sound, decent, kind men because they are all already taken and there's way more available women of all ages then available good men, can just suck it up and deal with being ALONE for the rest of our miserable lives, working our brains out and A**es of, "like men have to", protecting ourselves and the places we live in, "like men have to", and striving with other people and businesses who take advantage of us out here "like men deal with", who don't and never will give a rip about our wellbeing or the conditions of our hearts or the satisfactions of our souls, simply because strong feministic jealous women and lousy lazy beta men have decided that polygyny isn't for today. Funny how none of this anti-multiple women households wasn't even a thing or a thought or a concern of men and women until the roman catholic leaders DECIDED it was, hundreds of years ago. Funny how because the God-fearing and God-serving men and women who aren't allowed to multiply and grow large households are so OUTNUMBERED by the ungodly and the wicked in this country, that even though we have a constitution that was founded on the freedoms and liberties from God to men, we are losing everything that ensured a good, safe, wholesome, and pursuit of happiness type life. God said His people perished because of lack of knowledge, and evil people rule when good men do NOTHING.
When you talk about Duet. 23:1-3 and reference to Isaiah 56. I think all three are included, because in Isaiah 56:6 where it talks about "the son of the stranger" instantly i thought it meant the child of someone they did not know, such as a bastard would be. It doesn't say bastard but I think it implies it. So I think Isaiah 56 is a direct reference to this passage in Dueteronomy 23 and includes are 3 of the ones "cut of from the assembly".

Amein ,and amein brother I'm glad you stuck up for polygyny ,and yes you are right it's not the preferred but in today's time if the 1st wife needed help because of a physical ailments and you took upon another which would also benefit the 2nd because you're taking care of her I think it'd be fine. As for today's laws . Of course we know state law marriage and biblical marriage are way different. Shalom aleichem .
