Agree Americans are constantly eating. It's problematic. Agree that he didn't eat yet, even after 3:00pm. I do that too. Never was a morning person, maybe just a protein bar. Yes that sounds good to me too. So i can have my 3 meals per day, but later. 3pm, 7pm, 11pm. That's 3 meals. As for fasting i disagree it's gonna improve cognitive function and stop cancer. Do however we do need to flush toxicity. One trainer told me to have lemon juice (or lemonade) first thing in morning. #SuperfoodLemons i like your concept of eating when really hungry, but i will NEVER push fasting. Just use liquids liquid diet. There is no need to completely starve yourself. Even water is better. Just drink water. If you're consuming literally nothing, you're probably building up toxicity. #Lemons
March 2020 I was 180 @ 5.5 September 2020 I got down to 136 lbs. I’m maintained till July. I fasted this week for 48 hours and OMAD the rest of the week with light workouts. I lost another 5 lbs. I don’t feel weak or hungry.

I don't know how this effects your health but for losing stomach fat it does wonders. I've noticed a big change in about a week.
