  1. Hi Joe I would love for you to do a pod cast on the new study saying that IF raised the risk of heart disease. I mean come on they say every food we eat raise the risk so not eating a meal surely cannot raise is

I think powerlifters drop the weight, because they're focused on lifting as much weight as possible and it's alot of nervous system involved… Where as the eccentric part (dropping the weight slowly) will build hypertrophy in your glutes and legs and use up more energy. Powerlifters don't care to build up their ass muscles lol.
