Joe Rogan doesn't understand IQ. It isn't how much you know or your education level.
It is your Natural ability of Intelligence. It isn't something you can change, or influenced by Environment, how you grew up(Unless it's Childhood nutrition) but even that is negligible. The Ghetto isn't creating Low IQ People, the Ghetto is a result of Low IQ People.
IQ is NATURAL BORN, IT IS ABOVE ALL ELSE

Having a low IQ isn't the result of growing up in the ghetto going to a terrible school etc. It is 100% purely genetic. Those inner city schools suck because they have a bunch of genetically inferior people going there. Science and biology is racist but true.
