Anyone with common sense knows he'd only do that if guilty. People just like Manny and want to pretend that athletes don't know how to beat standardized drug tests. But when USADA came in and suddenly Manny was afraid and turned down millions to fight Mayweather at the time because he'd be drug tested in ways he couldn't screen he said no and came up with a terrible excuse people convinced themselves to believe.
Keep in mind one of the other reasons Manny refused was because he wanted to be informed beforehand what date he'd be drug tested. That defeats the purpose of random drug testing and blood teating which can find a lot more.
Any athlete nowadays if they way no to a drug test like he did, it means they're on it.
