Time is a construction it is a mental tool to measure phenomenon and without a relative observer it can not exist and is language dependent meaning it is symbolic in nature and represents something beyond it self for instance money cannot exist soley based on a physical object but based on the functions that have been collectively bounded on it it is symbolic in nature. With that said to a large extent how humans view existence is dependent on the intention we put on things a social fact does not exist based on intrinsic nature but on what is collectively agreed upon. Meaning reality is based on a phenomenon but based on how that phenomenon is determined becomes reality it is a human construction and at a biological level it only exist with certain conditions met.
