I'm having hard time being around my daughter. I feel like I'm not good enough and I feel anxious when I'm with her . I feel like I don't got energy to be around her . Any advice?

I agree with Joe on that last part. I confided with my Uncle about my Father being abusive, and at some point he confronted my dad about it. One day my dad comes in and explodes at me and my brothers screaming about how we were good for nothing and if we have a problem with him to shut our mouths around other people and talk to him directly because we embarrassed him. Whenever I get frustrated with someone I love I often go back to that moment and it kind of reels me back in.
