  1. 7th Day Adventists are not all vegans or vegetarians. Some of them still just go with kosher rules and others are either vegetarian or even vegan.
Their founders did have some false teaching and false prophecies though. By some, they'd be considered semi-Christians and some would consider them a cult. It varies.

  2. Problem with veganism on top the it being an ideology and religion…
    – Research biased with no scientific evidence that meat is bad for humans. If you go through the "research" done against meat consumption you'll find a lot of issues like lifestyles weren't considered (like smoking), rats being given blood sausage (we don't eat blood sausage ffs), they use processed meat and some actual meat ..
    – they refuse to acknowledge that plant fats and proteins are simply not as bioavailable to us as humans.
    – Plants are PACKED with anti nutrients. While this might not be a big deal to a lot of people it is for a growing number of people
    – switching from a bad diet to a much cleaner diet (from refined and processed food to pure food) WILL benefit you no matter what you do (Vegetarian, vegan, keto, carnivore etc).
    – most vegans need supplements. If that was such a complete diet you won't need supplements . Duh..
-"just get seaweed or chia seeds". No. This is illogical. Humans did not populate the whole planet by eating sea grass nor chia seeds.
    – fake meat. This is the dumbesy thing I've seen from veganism. If u have to eat something to that is FAKE it should throw red flags in your face.
