I agree with you on a great many topics Joe. That said, I have to state for the record that the only members on my own familly that made it close to 100 years old without diseases ate 99.5% veggiterian. Sure there's some macro nutrients that you cannot get from plants but our bodies produce most of them naturally through digestion anyways… I think a lot of the leading science today is pointing towards our ability to Digest meet having been developed out of necessity rather than lifestyle choice.
