  1. Late comment here. One thing to consider when talking about Omega 3 levels is that it is the ratio that counts. If you are not eating a lot of grains then you might already have a good ratio and not need to seek out foods high in Omega 3.

  2. Wow! I was diagnosed with heart failure in my early 60’s. I have never craved an apple, let alone any vegetable or fruit. I went mostly carnivore and all of my blood work is normal now, including BNP, a measure of heart failure. It’s into normal range, after years of being elevated.
