All of these Youtube diet experts are idiots. I went on carnivore for 3 months and got heart palpitations and felt pain in my feet and left hand. Switched to vegan and everything is back to normal. Bill Clinton had a triple bypass, went plant-based and he is still healthy and alive. Do not even waste your time on these morons. Carnivore is not healthy.
If you could harness the collective brain power in that room, at best, you may be able to toast a piece of low-carb bread…lightly.
