You cant carry a knife anywhere in the uk without a hood reason and even then it has to be under 3 inches and not be accessible by one hand
It's an overblown issue largely pushed by nationalists with anti-immigration agendas. London was worse 20 years ago.

Unfortunately it's happening everywhere in England it's not just major city's I live in grimsby and all the youths carry knives and it's been going on for years my grandad was stabbed outside a school in the 70's just for telling some kids they shouldn't be drinking outside with kids about
Rogan is very ignorant on uk knife laws apparently. It’s nothing to do with the mayor, it’s been law for years. He’s apparently influenced by right wing echo chambers, which doesn’t surprise me at all.
