Like how Chris Bell sold the rights to “Trophy Kids” and made a couple parents looked like crap when they weren’t? Ok.

Yeah, it happens in the states, but it's not a government pushing a team to do it, or an organization. It probably isn't even the team captains pushing any of it. It's could just be pure ego from the players needing to perform better. If you are an athlete at your prime, and that isn't even good enough, it's either quit or performance-enhancing drugs. Yeah sure there are plenty who say they quit, but it's not unlikely for someone to choose drugs.
Why do we go through such lengths to cover up a substance that only makes GAMES more entertaining.
