yeah as a future orthopaedic surgeon, I cant recommend against doing this more. He's already had a revision, his next revision will be far more complicated. Your prosthesis was never designed for those types of forces. The human hip will experience forces equivalent to 300% body weight with simple walking.

Deadlift don't even help that much in many sports. So if you play football or something. Don't do deadlifts. Powerlifting is another matter then.
