  1. Wrong about vegan diet, impossible if you feel bad on a vegan diet, you are doing it wrong. I’m 58 vegan for 10 years,I feel like a 28 year old! Tons of energy! I eat a balanced vegan diet and it’s the one diet for me. When I’d eat a steak, I’d feel like shit!

  2. Just like salt, sugar has been around for thousands of years and I use it in tea mainly, some in oatmeal and I will continue to use it (I am not ovwrweight) no need to demonize it. The issue is all the sugars add-ons in food generally especially in processed food, these companies should be regulated and fined when necessary, it's amazing to see when in line-outs at the cash-outs, trolleys overflowing with packages, etc, etc. Regards Rogan and his guests they are so body conscious…yes take care of the body's daily needs, but you treat it like a diety that will be here and last for ever. Really you are stroking, pampering and dressing an upcoming corpse, like all forms ( even mountains crumble) are finite hence break down and the human form is soon ash to ashes dust to dust. In the absolute sense anything that changes is not real….get in touch with the essentials a little self enquiry and putting ones toys down and sit in silence. Less videos which are purely entertainment and the content passes in the wink of an eye…like a commentary on a movie….mere distractions so we don't have to face the boredom and the person who we think we are..which we are not….this mortal dream…..keep truckin….

  3. There is a big big difference between refined carbohydrates and complex carbohydrates. Yes, we should definitely avoid refined carbohydrates, but complex carbohydrates we need them for fuel and stamina, and to be satiated.
