Hi Rob "Structurally sound cube or rectangle" Andy H is right, tabernacle and the New Jerusalem as a pyramid is not structurally sound also, the city will be as the tabernacle – snow globe. If we use men knowledge of hardness in material the whole structure will be made of Diamonds, they come in all colors listed in Revelation. The structure have to be able withstand the atmospheric pressure as it descent to the plain of Mt. Olive from heaven. The structure walls/dome will be approx. 207 -210 ft. thick, doors made of pearls gates, the best valve/doors in industry are made of so called "ball valves" Ask Andy what he thinks about this, he is engineer. thanks Joe
