I call bullshit. If I don't see pictures of it IT DIDN'T HAPPEN! I can't find pictures anywhere.
i say we put elon on this one he will solve it u will see
"No dumping" from Cruise ships alone, would be a "huge" contribution ! At least ,would give us some chance @ the catch-up process .
Lets make an International effort to clean up this mess, I would vonlunteer as long as boats/ships are provided. You can even use extended modified fishing nets to clean this up.. let me guess, no one cares.

I work in construction and I can say for a fact that even a small renovation job will throw out more items that should have been recycled that a whole neighborhood in 6 months. The sad truth is when we recycle, if makes no difference. Not to mention all the recycling companies that throw most of the items they get because people hadn't sorted it or cleaned it properly.
