  1. The right balance of healthy foods, vitamins & minerals
    is essential to a proper balance in Life. 
    Most raw, natural foods are alkaline
    Any processed, overcooked, fried,chemically modified or GMO food, and any animal Agriculture by-product or flesh, is acidic.
    The animal agriculture industry is now known to be the #1 source
    of greenhouse gas pollution on the planet, 
    more than all forms of transportation worldwide, 
    with its No2 emissions being 278 times more toxic than the Co2 
    from all cars, trains, planes & trucks combined. 
    It is also the #1 cause of the destruction of the amazon for livestock 
    deforestation worldwide in general, 
    of Indigenous genocides, illegal land claims & forced displacement,
    the Extinction of endangered fauna species (200 to 2000 species a year)
    the desecration and pollution of arable land & prairies 
    (pig waste is the most toxic), contamination of water sources,famine, and drought. 
    1 kilo of beef costs 10 000 liters of fresh water and 2 years to produce, 
    which is about a third of what an average human will drink in their entire life.
    for 1 fat steak. not to mention that it takes 15-20 times more grain & feed
    than it would take to feed a human, pound per pound.
    We could literally solve world famine nearly instantly,
    drought, pollution, global warming, deforestation
    & end the greatest genocide in human history
    (this is a quote from a holocaust survivor),
    if we all  decided to go ital/vegan tomorrow.
    The United Nations released an official report
    saying that the best way to save the planet is to go vegan.
    You save approximately 1.5 million liters of fresh water, 14 600 lbs of grain, 
    10 950 sq ft of rainforest, 7300 lbs of toxic co2 emissions, 
    & 365 animal lives from rape, slavery, torture and genocide
    each year that you choose to eat ital/vegan.
    In just 5 days, the animal agriculture industry murders as many sentient beings
    (approx. 617 billion) as we have killed humans in wars and genocides
    since the beginning of our current history 7000 or so years ago in Sumer.
    Each year, we murder trillions of beings in some of the most horribly abusive,
    sickening situations & conditions and call them food.
    This can no longer continue. And it is up to each and every one of us
    ​to make the conscious choice to stop supporting the companies who feed us
    toxic zombie products to keep us enslaved,
    suffering, sick, unaware & eventually killed like those animals are.
    This is samsara and you can choose to end it, right now.
    Educate yourselves, and open your eyes.
    Do not expect Peace, Love and Harmony in your life
    If you support rape, torture, destruction and genocide 
    The choice is yours, just remember that your destiny depends on it.

  2. I'm sorry about this comment.
    I used to live in the USA and I got shocked – how uneducated and uninformed people are about their choices.
    The diet we ate was based on meat. For breakfast lunch and dinner – i felt overwhelmed after one week. I asked for the opportunity to be able to do the shopping and when I bought potatoes – they didn't know what it was for. For French fries I said. There is a lot in the freezer – was the answer .
    I made them all kinds of food – they refused everything for ridiculous reasons. It's white, it's red, it's mushy. I had to realize – that the only thing Americans like is their poor, awful American diet. Fat and beef and sugar.
    Possibly it's time to educate people about health and related issues.
    Again: I know it's a painful comment and I apoogize to those who might get hurt. I don't mean hurt. I wish I could help you.

  3. so by accident i started eating 8 servings of veggies and 4 servings of fruit before the rest of the pyramid and i was way too fucking full to eat more than a small piece of chicken, and definitely no dairy products. I was planning on following the whole pyramid but once you fill up on the healthy stuff there is no way you can continue to binge 3 cheeseburgers a day. But i love meat so i stopped eating 12 servings of fruits and veggies so I could have room to eat a couple of cheeseburgers.
