Wtf animals dont need humans to control them this is just wired. We are not a part of the natrual ecosystems, we are destroying them. Bears are not gonna kill all the other animals and invade cites if we dont kill them.
Factory farming is wrong and inexcusable. But the consumption of meat isn't inherently wrong. I'm vegan but there is a way to ethically eat meat. Factory farming isn't it.
The problem with Joe's arguments is, that the conservation issue has nothing to do with the meat industry in general. Noone is maintaining a healthy population by stuffing sentient animals in a cage and artificially breeding them to meet demand.
