Fun fact: people who talk out loud to themselves are often very intelligent. Talking to oneself helps in problem solving and decision making. It can oftentimes aid in organizing your thoughts and coming up with creative solutions. Self-talk also aids in self-reflection and self-improvement. It follows that self-talk would help make a comedy routine.

That guy in the video is a Chad LARPing as a simp because that's what works for him. Probably slid in her DM's right after. The problem with guys like that is that they live a way different experience with women than the other 99% of men so their advice regarding women should be immediately disqualified by the other 99% as they don't apply. They live a more female experience as they are the choosers rather than hoping to be chosen so they don't understand why the average guy has challenges in the market.
