Unfortunately indoctrination overrides logic! … And the younger ones, who fancy themselves 'rebels', are in fact the first to fall head-on into surreptitiously imposed ideas.
For anyone still harbouring doubts, i heartily recommend reading 'The Case for Jesus', by Brant Pitre.

That’s the best sermon on the resurrection that I’ve ever had the honour and privilege of listening to. It couldn’t be any better. It was perfect. And we’ve all been blessed by it. Thank you Doug. Also may I add that if it’s good enough for Paul the apostle to believe the eye witnesses it’s good enough for us to believe Paul.
It’s really inspired me.
Resurrection resurrection resurrection He never sinned this resurrection thing is not the big thing Meaning the principle thing of the cross. Think about it He didn't deserve to die. Who deserved this gift? What gift? It is FINISHED what? His life He died which finished and ratified the gift. What GIFT?
Friend He gives this inherited gift. An inheritance by blood by death and this given inheritance can not be added to or taken away from. No attorney can rewrite a will after the death of the testator It is finished.
So what can the Creator give as a gift? Only anything. He can make all things new. Recreate a hard heart to love exactly the way the soft heart of Jesus loves and forever.
