This study is full of with issues as it does consider the significant environmental differences that exacerbate IQ change over a developing life (lower quality of life metrics), not only this but the effects of mental stress on IQ overtime (the systematic stressors that are only significant to minorities) as well as the unclear methodology of collecting IQ score. This is a bigoted statement and something like eugenics which is a dark ideology to push Joe. and you've been spouting this a ton lately.
