I got my medical diploma in Bolivia, there the use of coca leafs is almost mandatory in any heavy work environment, one of the + is that the user wont get hungry, or thirsty, and will have a higher capacity of concentration, which made it very acceptable among lots of colleagues during my years in college. But once they spited that shit out, lights went out, fast. Plus you know what to expect when a person goes thru dehydration and fasting for too long and too often.
